  • Once you apply, I’ll review your form and reach out via email within 48 hours to book a FREE 15 minute call. During this call we will discuss your needs and determine the best coaching package for your needs.

  • My 1:1 coaching packages range from $149 for a 1-time macro count session to $250+/month for 3 month packages depending on your needs. We will determine the best package for your needs on our FREE 15 minute call.

  • Your results will depend on a variety of factors including your starting point, your current relationship with food, dieting, and fitness and of course your commitment to the process. If you’re looking for a quick-fix, I am NOT the coach for you. I require a 3 month minimum commitment for 1:1 coaching.

  • I’m a NASM certified nutrition coach, former registered nurse and have been running online health + wellness groups for 10 years.
